An  emergency gathering of churches all across this nation, pleading with Almighty God to save our religious  freedom. One hour per week can save this country !

America is in trouble ! Our Freedom of Religion and Rights of Conscience are under attack. We can't let this happen !

We need to pray and we need to pray NOW ! We are calling on all churches in America to open their doors for 1 hour per week so every citizen can kneel before Almighty God and plead for His help in saving our great nation,especially now during this critical election year. Read below for all the particulars and how you can participate.

Brothers, we know so very well that religious freedom is our heritage, our legacy and our firm belief, both as loyal Catholics and Americans. There have been many threats to religious freedom over the decades and years, but these often came from without. This one sadly comes from within. As our ancestors did with previous threats, we will tirelessly defend the timeless and enduring truth of religious freedom.

"America's Finest Hour" is a nationwide prayer campaign designed to save America from the evil that is sweeping across our land. The list of evil is long but the most profound crimes against God and humanity are abortion, same sex marriage, religious persecution, and the corruption of our youth.

America's Finest Hour was inspired by England's Finest Hour when that nation was fighting for its survival during World War II. Hitler was about to invade when Prime Minister Winston Churchill rallied the nation to victory with his now famous battle cry..."this is our finest hour".  At that darkest moment in England's history, King George VI called the nation to 24 hours of prayer. The citizens responded and filled the churches, begging God to save England. God heard their prayers and England was miraculously saved.

Now, during America's darkest hour, we are asking all the churches in the nation to open their doors for one hour of prayer per week to plead with Almighty God to save our country. The November elections are fast approaching and we need to beg God to give us holy men and women who will return America to its moral foundations.

Since the 1950's, when prayer was removed from public schools, we have drifted away from God at an alarming rate.

• Immorality in it's many forms has become entrenched in our culture. 
• Abortion, homosexuality, same-sex marriage, pornography, governmental corruption,religious persecution, corruption of our youth, and the list goes on.
• Wholesale attacks by our government and media on our institutions of religion, especially Christianity and in particular the Catholic Church. 
• Corruption of our courts by immoral judges. 
• The destruction of the economy and the stifling of the business community.

Thomas Jefferson asked, "Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed the conviction that these lilberties are a gift from God?"

America stands at the threshold of disaster. The only way to stop this pending collapse of the greatest nation in history is a complete return to God.

Six months from now, in the general elections, America will elect God-fearing men and women or re-elect those who are leading America away from God. It is our job  as servants of God to help Him save our country. And we do that best by our faithful and confident prayer.
